We Can Improve Every Customer’s Experience If We Work Together
As a consultant, I discovered a gap in how some firms structured their Customer Experience Strategy. A Customer Experience Strategy outlines a company’s approach for providing exceptional customer service and efficient engagement from start to finish. Unfortunately, businesses either lacked clear direction or had no plan to begin with. This was challenging as a UX/CX designer since I hardly had any knowledge of what the organization’s stance on customer satisfaction was or their proposed strategy.
